stayed @ castlerigg campsite several times already and must admit that i was never disappointed - sunsets over derwent water and further the hills are spectacular and mornings - usually there is a light/mist play going on, with little clouds arising over derwent water. maybe the place isnt as great for pics of all that as a mountain top but it definitely provides a feast for my sleepy eyes :)

kilka razy juz spalysmy na tym kampingu i musze przyznac ze nigdy nie bylam zawiedziona. zachody slonca nad derwent water i dalej nad wzgorzami sa przepiekne, a o poranku zwykle rozgrywa sie gra swiatla i mgly, nad derwent water unosza sie malutkie chmurki mgliste..
owszem, moze miejscowka nie jest najlepsza na zdjecia, ale zaspane oczy mozna nacieszyc bardzo :)
kamping znajduje sie zaraz za granicami keswick, na drodze do windermere
cena za 2 ludzi, namiot i samochor £18
goracy prysznic £0.50 za 3 min
kafejka/bar przy kampingu, jest piwoooo :)
