krotka wizyta w elgol, wioseczce polozonej w bardzo zacisznym zakatku wyspy skye.

niestety cale popoludnie padalo wiec nie udalo nam sie obejsc okolicy tak jakbysmy chcialy, musialysmy sie zadowolic malym spacerem :(

dojazd do elgol zdawal mi sie dluuugi, ale na pewno mozna powiedziec ze bym urozmaicony I co chwilke mialam ochote zatrzymac sie by podziwiac widoki. dla osoby nie przyzwyczajonej do waskich, zakreconych I czasem stromych szkockich 'jednopasmowek' podroz do elgol moglaby byc niezapomnianym przezyciem :)

short visit in elgol, hidden gem-village, isle of skye.

unfortunately we were unlucky with the weather (poured rain!)and so we had to be happy with just a short wander in the area, definitely not as long as we wished for :(

drive to elgol seemed very long to me, but it wasn't boring - every so often I stopped just to admire the breath-taking views. and for a person who isn't very much used to the winding, narrow single track roads in Scotland, the drive to elgol could become a real adventure :)
