co najwazniejsze - jest jedna z najwiekszych kolonii maskonurow w UK - ptaki przylatuja tu na okres legowy (polowa kwietnia -czerwiec), podobno jest ich na tej malej wysepce az 76 tysiecy. nie dziwi to wcale - nad cala wyspa fruwaja setki pospiesznych malych kulek, zdaja sie latac prawie na oslep, na leb na szyje.

isle of may. small island on firth of forth is a heaven for birdwatchers. sea birds rule here. what is most important, puffins come here for breeding season. there is a great number of them on the island, apparently 76 thousands. seems to be a lot, but it is not really surprising - looking up you will see hundreds of small fluffy balls flying madly, puffins.

trip takes about 5hrs
apart from the seabirds, we also visited a colony of grey seals, we even spotted 3 minke whales!
