to byl chyba najszybszy ze zdobytych przez nas munrosow - 2h 15min do gory, 1h 30min w dol.
oczywiscie ma to zwiazek z pogoda -chociaz prognoza byla bardzo dobra, po przyjezdzie na miejsce okazalo sie ze nic z tego-przywitala nas mgla i prawie zerowa widocznosc. nic nie bylo widac wiec nie bylo wymowek ze zatrzymujemy sie na zdjecia itd po prostu szlysmy bez jakichs wiekszych przerw.
podejscie dzieli sie na dwie czesci - pierwsza (nieco wiecej niz polowa) to bardzo dobra ale stroma sciezka. druga czesc podejscia (zaczyna sie przy pierwszym cairn/kamiennym slupku) wiedzie przez rumowisko, na przelaj prosto w gore, ale jest juz nieco lagodniejsza wiec szlo sie bardzo dobrze.
na szczescie w pewnej chwili, mniej wiecej w polowie rumowiska poczulysmy cieply powiew wiatru i pomyslalam ze moze bedziemy mialy szczescie i uda nam sie byc ponad chmurami na szczycie. wszystko sie wyjasnilo pare minut pozniej kiedy to pojawilo sie nad nami blekitne niebo, pod nami gruba pierzyna chmur. piekna inwersja :)

i think that was the quickest munro we have ever climbed - 2h 15 min ascent, 1h 30 min descent. of course it was due to weather conditions- although the forecast was brilliant (fooled us again) we were greeted by heavy clouds and mist and i actually expected the sky to break down on us and 'bless us' with torrential rain. thanks goodness it never happened :)
visibility was pretty close to NIL at first therefore i had no excuses to stop to take pics.. and we hardly stopped at all during the ascent.
first part of the ascent (more than half way) is a good but steep path, the second part (from the cairn up) is a pathless scree, but not that steep so, to be honest i really enjoyed walking it.
about half way up the scree i felt warm wind and just had this thought that maybe we'll be lucky to reach the summit in lovely sunshine and see the inversion.
WE DID!!! and it was brilliant!
