DUMYAT

Dumyat (1373ft) is a part of the Ochil Hills, north of Stirling. Although it's not too high, it is a superb viewpoint to the Ochils and to the river and Firth of Forth on the south.

grey mares tail & tibetan centre

w koncu wybralysmy sie na jakas dluzsza wycieczke, niniejszym sezon weekendowo-wycieczkowy uwaza sie za otwarty! :)
postanowilysmy pojechac do wodospadu 'grey mares tail' niedaleko moffat. pogoda zmieniala sie doslownie co 10 minut - przywitalo nas piekne slonce, potem wraz z nabieraniem wysokosci chmurzyska, grad, slonce, deszcz, slonce, deszcz... a wszystko zaopatrzone calkiem konkretnym wiatrem.. dosc meczace musze przyznac. dlatego po zejsciu z GMT pojechalysmy sobie niezobowiazujaco do centrum tybetanskiego, beacie sie chcialo zobaczyc to na wlasne oczy, siostra nie miala nic przeciwko, a ja.. wiadomo - lubie jezdzic :) ....przy okazji dalej testowalam nowego nikona :)

finally we managed to go for a trip that was longer than 'half a day' and so 'the trip season 2009' has been opened!
we went to grey mares tail waterfall, just few miles from moffat. the weather was totally crazy, it changed from sunshine (when we arrived) to heavy clouds (when we got a bit higher) then to hailstones, sunshine, rain, sunshine, rain... and the wind was f...... killing us! quite unpleasant circumstances i must say. so when we got down we decided to go to the tibetan centre that is nearby where wind and rain wouldnt really have any control over us :) besides beata really wanted to see it 'live', sis just didnt mind and i.. well, i love driving, you know :)
in the meantime i tested my new nikon a little more...
